For Those of you have already seen this, I apologize. I am learning how to use a new social sharing app with my Blogger account and I do think I've figured it out.
I'm Spring cleaning. Which means many of my posts that were here have been reverted back to drafts. It was such a mess! Here's to New Beginnings!

Nasal Rinse Saline Solution
2 cups distilled water
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
- microwave for 1 min.
- Mix it up to spread the heat evenly, so you don't burn yourself. I use a large baby bulb syringe, suck the water up and squirt it back in a few times.
- Using the baby bulb syringe, tip you head forward and to the opposite side of the nostril which you'll be squirting the saline in and squirt the full contents of the syringe in, alternating sides.
I make mine by the gallon as I am a faithful nasal rinse user.
TO MAKE A GALLON OF SALINE, I:
- Make one dose of saline as above
- Add 1 tablespoon each of sea salt and baking soda to the jug
- Shake before use
